Events (good for beginners )

Anyone know some decent events that would suit a beginner like me.
Would be looking to do a couple next year.......
I live in west wales and I'm possibly going to enter the tour of Pembrokeshire in April. I have also thought about the London to brighton.
Any thoughts ?......

Tour of Pembs will be my first organised ride too. Doing the 50 as I know it's a hilly route.
