Evans - Will they do their internet prices in store?

Hi,

I want to buy 2 schwalbe marathons, evens seem to be as cheap as anywhere and I can get to their Birmaingham store.

Only problem is, the internet price is good at £24, but in store they are £30 - not so good.

If I ask in store will they match the internet price, after all I know what I want and dont need assistance. I dont want to mail order them as I will need them in a day or 2.

The only price that Evans will not match is their own internet prices. Google around and you will find it cheaper than Evans in shop price. Ebay shops are doing them for £42 a set and free delivery or you could print this page and ask them to price match it.

The trick with all of these places (Comet, Dixons etc as well ) is "Collect at store"...... Se what you want, try it then walk outside, ordr at the Internet price, walk back in and collect..........simples

Evan do price match from there own web site. SPD pedals 34.99 instore 19.99 online got them at web price!
