Has any one else been locked out recently? My password is not recognised, the "forgot password" link does not respond and there is no link to cusomer services. May be I should cancel and open a new account. Any thoughts on how to deal with this unpenetrable service?
Think that happened to me other week,but I deleted the app.(Took a breath and didn't throw phone !)
I then reloaded app and got a new password,I never remember passwords.All ok so far
OK on Chrome and my iPad. Safari on the Mac still not working. Logged in just in time for a climate summary for Tel Aviv and Jerusalem after the stage finish.
