from 7th - 11th October 2015 the 3-2-1 Cycle challenge will take place on a route of over 300 miles.

This is an official event for St Helena Hospice to mark the charity's 30th anniversary.
Day 1 will start from Colchester and end at Harwich, via Dedham, Clacton-on-Sea, Frinton-on-Sea and Dovercourt. following an overnight ferry, the next morning is an early morning start, cycling to Amsterdam, before reaching the finish line in Brussels. In total it is four days of cycling, with free time in Brussels on an extra day.

This is a very unique organised route. Places are limited, with registration closing on 1st May.

• You must be 18 or over (16/17 olds can take part with a responsible adult/guardian)
• Organised by Skyline, event specialists who have been helping charities for over 20 years
• Travel, accommodation, food and refreshments are included
• £99 registration fee and a minimum sponsorship of £1800 per person applies
• Practical advice and support will be available to help you fundraise (you have a year to do it!)
• Optional training rides to help get you saddle-ready for October 2015
