Ergo Levers question

I have a pair of Centaur Ergos and the RH lever has stopped clicking. I remember reading on CPlus that you can replace something to remedy this - a G-clip? Is this true? Is it something I can do myself or do I need a specialist? And if so - who could do this for me? Or who sells G-clips (if indeed they exist).
