What would be the equivalent range of gearsets to the Shimano Sora, tiagra, 105, Ultegra & Dura Ace with regards to SRAM & Campag??

I think,

Campag goes:- Veloce, Centaur, Chorus, Record, Super Record.

SRAM goes:- Rival, Force, Red.

Mirage isn't made anymore Radius, unless you believe no1bikebits on ebay who seems to think that Campag are producing 09 Xenon and Mirage parts.

It doesn't say which year it refers to for the SRAM groups, but I'm guessing it's 2008.

Comparing one make to another isn't always that simple. For example Dura-ace arguably isn't as good as Record never mind Super Record.
