Entering Odometer Reading Cateye Wireless Velo, Is It Possible?

I have a Cateye Velo Wireless computer and yesterday whilst out on a ride it decided to lose all of its settings. It just stated Error and and then Setup. My odometer reading was lost which is annoying. I have replaced the battery and looking at the instructions it is not clear if you can re-enter the odometer reading, well it is not very clear at all using the flow diagram and I have tried all kinds but to no effect. I just wondered has anybody any idea how this is done as I would guess that it is similar for most of the Velo computers. Thanks for any help.

Yes, it's pretty easy, you need to so it when you change batteries, for instance.

The menus are different for different model. If you search for your model name, you'll find the instructions on line.

Thanks Norm. I have had a look at the instructions for this computer and my Cateye Velo 8 wired one that is fitted to my other bike. I can find no mention of being able to do this in either of them
