Enh: warning message close button, post box size

There is a large warning message on every page ("JavaScript is disabled. For a better experience, please enable JavaScript in your browser before proceeding.") Please can it have a way to close/hide it?

Also, can this post box default to more than three lines high, please?

The lines in the post box expand as you type, but if you've disabled JavaScript that may be why yours don't. Try enabling JavaScript to see if it improved the experience for you.

I'm not enabling javascript on the mobile unless something has changed to stop the malware-spreading ads. Please can we have a sensible default size on the reply box?
