Ok so the wife seems to be permanently lethargic these days. Doesn`t seem to have the energy for bike ride/squash/walking the dogs etc. Been checked out by the doc who`s ruled out any medical problems, so I thought I`d ask on here.
Any thoughts on energy drinks/bars/mixes which may bump up her energy levels and get her moving? She describes the lack of energy as feeling like a 30 stone woman (She isn`t BTW :-) )
Cheers for any help.

Been looking here.

I wouldn't automatically reach for energy supplements. The doc's sign-off is medical and even then may not eliminate all medical possibilities.

I'd go back to basics. That is, eating healthily and sleeping well.

Is your wife under any mental or emotional pressures? Is she stressed by anything? (Lethargy is also a symptom of depression, not that I am suggesting it is that). Could you step up with some extra TLC and lighten the load for her for a bit?

You could also seek another medical opinion.

But, to be very honest, I think this is beyond the scope of CC forum though no doubt you will get some useful comments... and some not very useful ones too sadly!
