Energy Drinks/food

depends on how long the long ride is, if we are stopping at a cafe, how hot/cold/dry/wet the weather, how much luggage we have with us & what the route is.

Jam sandwiches (unless I have made a batch of cashew nut cheese) and coffee if out over lunch (I can't eat out being allergic to all dairy products which even turn up in bread & margarine these days). Some dairy free flapjacks or other such bars (homemade or otherwise). Dried fruit & nuts and anything we fancy in the way of drinks but usually includes coffee & isotonic drinks (medical condition dictates the isotonic drinks).

that could be done for every question posed by any OP - but then that would make this a boring forum if we all did that.
About the same level of boredom as 10million threads about ride food/gels/recovery/energy drinks

nobody is forcing you to read them or reply to them, its your choice to do that.

so if its boring you, go play on your xbox or play station and let the adults have a proper open discussion on energy drinks/food
