I fancy giving interval training a go. I have the endomondo pro app which has the ability to do interval training.
Can someone explain how I could incorporate this into my daily commute. My commute is 7miles in the morning and between 5 and 7 miles home. I can usually do the morning run in about 27mins.
How many intervals should I do in my 27min run, how long and hard should the intervals be?
