I have the cycleops...its very quiet.
Not much to say really, it does what it says in the can, quick to set up...and quiet. One complaint of some is they can be noisy. Not this one.

really can't decide.
I've seen the Elite Crono Fluid elastogel one now, don't know which to go for. Originally wanted the Cycleops fluid 2 but it's out of my budget
