Electric trike

Hi I often do a lot of cycling and my partner would like to join me but she would need a electric trike, she was assessed for one last year and the guy who did the assessment was happy, but I didn’t feel convinced “coordination, she only had the opportunity to ride it for 20 min up and down the road, and I would love her to have one so we could go out together but I feel she needs to trial one for at least a week before splashing out on a expensive electric trike that might be no use… any ideas

I built my own up from a Kentex Trike like this,

and fitted an electric front wheel kit plus a few other bits to end up with this,
