When I ride my cyclocross bike (on the road) I sometimes end up with aching elbows and arms – it feels like I may be putting too much weight on them. So obviously somethings not set up right, I felt the benefit of getting my seat at the right height, so is there something I can adjust – is it the saddle, is it the bars? I have heard people say stick to adjusting one thing at a time and do it my tiny amounts – so any advice where to start would be welcome.
