Elan and Ystwyth anyone?

done this one a couple of times, quite tough, especially in the torrents of rain on the last one, but an excellent trip around the mountains and a sit on the sea front eating chips at the halfway stop

Route goes up and down the Elan Valley so you get to see it both ways. Lots of nasty climbs and some mad descents especially the one going down off the mountain towards Aberystwyth, a narrow gritty lane with an unguarded narrow gauge railway line at the bottom of a particularly steep bit
