I was just having a chat yesterday (in a cafe, inevitably) with another cyclist about Audax and PBP qualifyers and he mentioned the Edinburgh-Preston-Edinburgh 600km - very nice for us as it goes past home It's the late May Bank Holiday weekend.

Any one else thinking of doing it?

I could be tempted, although think I will be on the Welsh Ride Thing that weekend. Shame its not Preston-Edinburgh-Preston, would be easier for me to get to/from the start/finish.

Exactly what I thought but several of the PBP qualifying events I've entered start in Galashiels so I guess I'll be heading up north o' the border on a regular basis.
