Eddy Merckx EM X -1 black

Hi All

I am thinking to change my old alu Trek 1000sl road bike, for a Eddy Merckx EM X -1 carbon road bike 2010 model. it is advertised at 1399.99 from 1899.99, i am wondering if anybody owns or has ridden this bike, any reviews or comments would be most welcome.
As i am thinking to purchase this week.
