Be the person to make a grown man cry and win this 1973 (tax free, enjoy paying £0 every year and telling your friends) VW type 2 Bay window campervan: my family have owned this van for over 23 years, and it was given to me and wife by my mum for a wedding present about 8 years back. We've spent many years camping all over the place, all year round; from the heights of Summer to -10°c in Winter.

It's not been an easy decision to sell and we still don't want to but needs must :-(.

With her MOT (no advisories) you'll be ready to roll for the upcoming camping season and beyond and there's a box of camping stuff that will help you on your way.

I'll even throw in a DVD of One Man And His Campervan - but don't let that put you off.

The good bits, in no particular order:-
Solid chassis
Tax free
Recent engine rebuild
10 months MOT
New wiring loom
New head lining
Custom made curtains with blackout lining
MX5 seats with speakers in headrest
12v Waeco Fridge with freezer compartment - compressor type, will run for days and days on leisure battery
110Ah leisure battery under bed
Wiring in place for 2nd leisure battery in engine bay
Dual charging setup
240v hookup - sockets and lighting
2 hobs and grill with gas regulator and full gas bottle
3/4 width Bluebird rock 'n' roll bed
Stainless sink with electric tap and drainer
25 litre water bottle
Rear speakers
Custom interior with lots of storage
Fully refurbed front beam
Rust protected underside (main belly pan currently off (but will be provided) so you can have a good look underneath)
Jail bars on rear window
Hidden radio/CD with Bluetooth, USB, front aux and remote
Stainless steel 4 into 1 exhaust
Kyham Quick Erect Motordome Classic Awning - up and attached in 5 mins
Did I mention she is tax free?

The bad bits:-
There really isn't anything bad. She's a great van has been well looked after, upgraded, updated and loved. Come and have a look.

Viewing is welcomed and encouraged, possible most evenings - just ask.

Payment: Cash or bank transfer

No BIN, or reserve on eBay. I would consider offers of around £14,000 if you prefer not to use eBay.
