hi there

i am planning some longish rides and looking for advice about food...

will be about 100 miles ride

problem is i am 6ft and only 63kg so don't carry lots of body reserve.

i usually have porridge and a banana about 1h before i go but get depleted 35 - 40 miles but solider on...

any tips on what i should be eating and taking with me

jelly babies (if u like them)and more bananas lol,and eat more in gen ,63 kg at 6'0 ! im 6'0 and 95kg ! eat more of everything

Big bowl of pasta and chicken a while before you set off and some carbs and sugar for the ride, also i'd put some electrolyte tabs in your bottles.
