OK i have always worked out and kept fit but with my newfound hobbie of joining the wonderful world of road cycling should i be eating more or something different?
Im an athletic frame(6ft-12.5 stone) so am i being silly by thinking that if i get into this cycling i might start losing my frame..
at the mo im only doing about 12 miles every other day so its not a problem but i wanna do more so should i up the food intake and what types of food keep my bulk up.
If this sounds silly then im sorry but if anyone has good ideas then im all ears.... cheers guys Andi

I wouldnt worry.. mind you you dont see many body builder types even thinking about doing Cv work... let alone ride a bike ( you cant fit protein shake bottles in cages puts them off!)...

just enjoy your new 'sport' it WILL keep yu fit!
ps that's NOT say that I don't recommend regular cross training,, just to make it clear!;)
