easton,s appalling atitude

i bought a pair of eastons for allmost 300 pounds mmmm some good wheels thinks i, well 10 mounths most of witch was spent in my spare room because of winter, and 500 miles of actual rideing and the free hub bearings are shot!!! eastons say its not coverd under warenty and is fair wear and tear!!! eastons that is appaling and if it were not for the excelent sevice from websters cycles of wigston id have taken you to the small claims court under my staturay rights and your goods not being fit for purpose!! i can see no reasonable way that barings should fail in sutch a short timeII please all be ware!
How ever webster the lbs heros put some new bearings in for me, thanks guys im a happy bunny who will NOT buy an eastons product again

Could it be that you had the heating on in the bedroom and it dried the grease up ?? Just a thought!! Let's hope you have some pleasant and happy miles now that they're fixed...
