Combined, this is probably as good a classics weekend as any.

E3 has 17 Hellingen and Flanders only has 16 and the climbs are more frequent than at Flanders. Of course, the main difference is the extra 50kms. 4 hours of live coverage for those with TNT Discovery plus streaming, less than half that on TNT tv channels. Other options look few and far between, Sporza being replaced by VTM. (Belgian account required)

There's been a crash and an early split, Van Aert is in the second part of the peloton, 2' 30" back :-(

First peloton is 50 riders.
4 riders taken to hospital.

This is all from PCS, no other details yet I'm afraid

And Van der Poel too, and now up to 3'. That's blown the race wide apart!

So it’s looking like a battle of the undercard ftw.

VTM registration can be completed with the Belgian zip code of 1000 if anyone is that desperate.

Gap down to 50" and break caught
Seems like there are no favourites other than Jorgenson, Kung, Mohoric and Stuyven in the front group, and none really has much team to burn off with them
