Hi,
I have the di2 ultergra 6850 group set on my bike. I have just updated all firmware to the latest version using a SM-BCR2 connection. I know this connection doesn't allow for error checking but does allow a user to update the settings presets on the bike. I was looking to set a profile up whereby if i hit a certain gear on the rear cassette the front automatically changes and then drops the rear cassette by approx 2 (either up or down depending if you going up or down through the gears) to allow the rider to maintain a steady cadence. I have seen this working online in videos.
My issue is when i connect the bike all units within the di2 group set are recognised and show they are all up to date in terms of firmware and connected. The problem is whenever i try to read the bikes preset files it say an error has occured whilst reading settings. Has anyone come across this? I've searched the web and cannot find much info on this and the error is not shown in the e-tube manual which is basic to say the least.
