Dura Ace 7800 on PX Stealth

Hey, a quick one hopefully. I have an older TT bike with DA 7800 and am thinking of buying a PX Stealth. Would there be any forseeable or obvious problems in doing this? (I would get a mechanic to do it)

When you say "doing it" I'll assume you mean transferring the groupset over.
It looks as if the BB would fit and that both the seatstay 'bridge' and fork are drilled so would take the calipers (but the length of the front bolt may not be sufficient). You'd need the FD to be bolt on rather than band on (ie FD-7800-F).
