Dunford bridge is in the Peaks, just off the Manchester rd.. It’s on the TPT … and is a great start for a ride for a great reason … If you head east …. It’s downhill …. Here’s our latest 2 rides from DB …. Great mixture of paved and gravel rail lines, forest trails and urban cycleways …..First map is DB to Rotherham Railway Station. Second is DB to Wath Upon Dearne.

I've cycled that though not for a long time. Its a lovely route (on the TPT) and I think the surface has been improved now so its not a bog.
