"A 50-year-old Dumfries woman has died in hospital after falling off her bicycle in the town.
The incident happened at about 19:25 on Monday 10 March on Albert Road.
The woman, from the town's Loch Road, was delivering phone directories when she fell off her bike and hit her head.
She was taken to the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh for treatment to a serious head injury but Police Scotland confirmed she had died on Friday as a result of the accident."
