Duegi cleat bolts and flat threaded nut

Hi Comrades...some time ago i got hold of a lovely pair of Duegi road shoes with plastic shoes.....trouble is he did not have the connecting bolts, washers and threaded flat nut......it would be a big pity not to use them...they are very comfortable...my foot slips out too easily without the cleat.

I hope i am putting this in the right section?

Does anyone have a set of the bolts, washers and flat threaded nuts for both shoes?

Failing that.....if [most probably]...no one has a replacement set of bolts etc......can anyone suggest a 'home made....or Heath Robinson solution'

Bolts- check
Washers - check
Funny looking flat serrated back-nuts? Nope.

Though it wouldn't be to difficult to make some if one had a tap to match the bolts, a drill, a hacksaw and the dimensions.
