The only cycling I have done in a couple of months, is on the turbo trainer, an 1hr at a time 2/3 times a week. Highly sophisticated work out. I try and cycle above 90rpms averaging 13mph.. Had a go at some specific workouts, they knackered me. Obviously no good...
I looked for the box to tick that told them that I may change the distance on the day, couldn`t see it so went for the 200, it made me feel good...120 will be for me on the day.
