downtube converters

so what is their real name, i need 2 new ones and the barrel adjusters, what do i need to ask for.

not seen ones which take barrel adjusters but they might be available. Have one on my carlton which I converted to a 9 speed sti set up a few years back. Bought mine from LBS quite cheap

ok but i have the bosses, i alreday have them which take adjusters but they are all gummed up and need replacing
