Similar to the rings used by Wiggo et al.
I got this as part of a set, but already had a 36T which I am using. Fitted once.
35T inner chainring with a 110BCD ( for a compact).
Crankarm passed over the flatter bit (with writing) of the ring.
Road version. With Ultegra groupset my set shifts fine.
The set was £127 so £45 posted for this ring.
I should add.... I feel they work when you are putting the hammer down. Hamstrings feel much fresher after rides, and I seem to recover better in general.
