So the UCI tells Ceramica Flaminia not to sign Rasmussen, but it is quite happy to let them sign positive doper Ricco.

Sure the Austrian case may be an issue, but so far it hasn't come to anything. If it had, we'd be seeing the UCI telling teams to put mentioned riders like Menchov on inactive status.

IIRC Rasmussen still hasn't paid the fine (one years salary I think) and so that's why he's still in the UCI bad books.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
