Double posting

Anyone else's offerings getting posted twice?
First attempt gives an Error message. On reposting, both turn up.

Yes, I just had that.

I also got a more straightforward "a server error occurred" and nothing got posted. And I also got the server error when clicking like.

I've noticed a few other double posts.

Time to try switching it off and on again I think.

Yes, I had it a few minutes ago. Got the "server error occurred" message, but I think that must have happened when trying to redisplay the page, as when I tried again, the message appeared twice (immediately deleted the 2nd one).
