Not much problem with cyclists here as they are mainly motorcyclists.

Can't see the video at work but its a very important message DON'T UNDERTAKE LORRIES!!

Edit: I'm home now, yes it was stupid hopefully the rider has realised the error of his way and what could of happened and wont do it again.

LOL @ hiviz! I did comment about the undertake, and he took it very well. Hopefully he won't put himself in that position again. He was a really nice guy, btw., and we are all vulnerable to making stupid mistakes.

Oh, absolutely, but undertaking a lorry like that is one mistake I am very unlikely to make!

not tooo bad, nowhere for the lorry to turn left and only a short period against railings, I see bikes pass trucks on the inside at lights all the time, see the truck wait for them to pass him before they can turn, vast majority of trucks I see on the A11 are very aware of cyclists indeed, poor sods, I wouldn't want to be them given the riding of so many cyclists on that road at least

Also, how is the guy supposed to learn this sh1t? Today, he was lucky enough to get a non-lethal lesson from Mr Truck followed by reinforcement from one of the CC righteous brethren. Barring the 'don't undertake me' sticker on the odd artic, there's no mass media message out there that illustrates how dumb this is.
