learnt a lesson today, keep fine tuning my bike lol, found my last few rides hard, and was getting demotivated, had a look over my bike and noticed the rear wheel was buckled slightly and part of it was rubbing on the break pads,
i nipped down to my local great outdoors store, got a spoke key and adjusted the spokes, went out on the bike and it was like a completely different bike, i was only able to ride at around 11mph or so before and now im hitting around 14 and able to use higher gears and hit 18 on flat ground, before i was only able to do that on hills.
was enjoying myself i stayed out and did my first 20mile ride after work. best £4 i've spent
