Does lots of hard cycling give you your correct weight?

No point overeating to put on unhealthy fat. You need to build muscle, which can only be done with weight-bearing exercise, such as weight-lifting with (relatively) heavy weights or manual labouring such as hod-carrying.

I'm probably fairly average with regards to losing/gaining weight. If I stop cycling for a week, I'll gain a few kg, but then it drops off again as soon as I resume cycling. One thing I tend to avoid is pizza, because it's guaranteed to make me gain weight quickly. A pity, because I love eating pizza!
So there's your answer, @Accy cyclist : pizza! :okay: Or you could just count your blessings, and revel in the fact that you don't gain weight easily. Lots of people would love to have that.

They're not dealing with the realities of dropping weight below what's comfortable, then!

You might as well write that overweight people should enjoy not losing weight easily. It's about as helpful

Sorry, not interested in an argument, so just don't bother.

Me neither. I'd like some useful replies, not the same shoot I could get in the pub about "looking at" diet or being thankful I'm not fat. If I was fat, I could eat less and exercise more, but it's not easy to eat more than you want and it's not healthy or fun to exercise less.
