Does anyone make a frame back that goes at the front of the frame?

My saddle tube part of the frame is going to be filled up with either a second water bottle or a d-lock depending on where I'm going. Can't fit in a frame bag there.

Behind my saddle is filled up by 2 lights. Can't fit a frame bag there.

Unless I put a rack on the bike, the only space left for some tools is here (red bit):

Does anyone make a bag that fits in that bit? Or do you know what one would be called so I can google search?

That looks like it would do the job, but I'm looking for something that looks a little less, well err, naff (no offence to anyone that has got one). Got a nice shiny new bike so want to be a snob about it.

Also don't want anyone looking at the label and thinking my bike is actually a bus (haha - bad joke).

If you don't need much room the Topeak tri bag will sit on the top tube just behind where that little bird is stood on the head-tube.
My Topeak saddle bag has a light attachment at the back which might free some room up, i have no association with Topeak btw.

I use a Topeak bag under the saddle it has a loop to fit a light on.

Try googling 'toptube bag' - you will see tribags but also some double bags which hang over the top tube (Don't get one of these if you have downtube shifters!)

Mine's quitre old now, but the newer version is this one:

Yes - the mesh top one isn't rainproof AT ALL, all the flap does is keep things in! (I keep a flap of plastic pushed into the thin side pocket, which folds over the main pocket under the mesh top).

The mesh one is ideal in that you can cram tons of stuff spilling out the edges and the velcro allows adjustment. I use it for gels and snacks for triathlons. The headtube strap is velcro PLUS elastic and the whole thing is much better than and Ironman brand one I had where the velcro touched my legs very annoyingly.
