Does anyone know what brand this bicycle is?

I've been looking for ages but I simply cant find out what brand this bike is. I believe it may be a French bike but that's about all I know really.... Also, I think it looks very close the the picture advertisement I have attached, does anyone else think so? Any help would be appreciated, thankyou.

It's foreign alright, likely French. And the fork is bent from a frontal so don't ride it.
