Wonkey knees? lol
My right knee is slightly twisted inwards cuasing an amount of 'duck footing' when my knees are straight. I'm not knock kneed as its by no means as severe as that just slightly under developed during growth.
As far as cleats are concerned i've opted for 2 bolt spds to give me extra float the cleats are angled to accomodate my knee. Whist cycling my knee does run paralel with know lateral movememnt but occationally get some knee pain on the inside of my kneecap.
The pain occurs commonly after cycling but not during. The pain is common after resonably tough training sessions and lasts for around a day after. After reading a few articles it could be possible that i'm still developing muscles in that area so the pain is caused by this development.
any thoughts? or do i need to go down the route of a bike fitting/doctors etc
