Dodgy Mudguard

Hi, recently the front mudguard keeps detatching from the front wheel, I try to repair by popping it back in again but it just pops out again. I tried tightening the screw / bolt that attatches to the bike but no joy. Anybody have the solution or quick fix.

Is the mudguard mount left bolted on and the plastic coupling is coming unplugged?

Isn't that a secu-clip? They are designed to come apart in case of anything getting caught in the wheel, not sure why it won't just fit back together again though.
Think you can buy them separately.

Both sides the plastic coupling is coming unplugged.

If it won't hold in and you don't/can't buy a replacement why not glue it to the coupler/mount where it plugs on.
