iv tried to fit two tyres (swhabe blizzard)to my road bike ,,iv had them a while and went between them and knobblys on my old hybrid which was stolen

these are 700 c tires but when i put them on my road bike which i have now (which has 700c rims and other tyres that are 700c obv lol)they seem very loose and when i fitted them they actually bulged over the rim when i tried to blow the tube up,,do tires stretch a bit and get outa shape??it seems as if i was to by new ones it would just happen again ,,is there any way too check this ,,,anybody know what the proper measurement is for the rim and i can measure it??700 mm??

it seems a waste of two not bad tyres if i need two buy new ones ,,im baffled by this one

There are quite big tolerances in tyre/rim size. It often shows up in having a tyre which is extremely difficult to fit but can happen the other way around as well.

Tyres do not always match the rim size: the fault could be either way. I once had tyres which always dropped into the well to give a flat. Fitting a different make resolved the problem. Very tight tyres can be stretched by inflating to max but this is a very small amount of stretch and should not result in its coming off the rim. Try a different make of tyre.
