I had an incident with a Taxi, where he had pushed past at a set of red lights..... prompting him to say "I don't give a (expletive) about red lights and stop lines so wind your (expletive) neck in".

The licensing office were extremely unimpressed with those sentiments....without the camera he would have not received the penalty points on his hackney license!

Yep - playing up and making the numpties hang themselves is fair game.....

There is a trick to being non-aggressive and laying out bait, in this case it was a simple. Thy don't realise they are being filmed and you are "conciliatory" then it makes a relatively minor annoyance into a complainable offence...
