Do my chainrings need replacing?

They've done around 15k kms in 3 years, chains/cassettes have been changed regularly.

What do you reckon?

Unfortunately your photo excludes the exact area where wear is pronounced. Put the crank in the ten-past position and post again.

No, just changed chain and cassette, wasn't sure about the rings.
