Do car tyre inflators work on bike tyres?

My workshop air compressor (used to operate a brad nailer) came amongst other things with a car tire attachment would this work to inflate my MTB tyres which have schrader valves?

I ask before I start emptying boxes to find it!

The valves are the same so it should work. To top up our bike tyres I use a car tyre pump that plugs into the car cigarette lighter socket.
