Dizzy spells

I'm getting more dizzy spells the fitter I get...weird...thought it would be the other way around, does anybody else get similar?

Hypotension? It can be exacerbated by the warmth as the blood vessels dilate and cycling will most likely be lowering your blood pressure.

Low BP? Keep very well hydrated and check with GP

Postural hypotension...I have this, stand up slowly and keep hydrated. It's most common in the elderly!

There can be an underlying cause, if it happens often, see the doctor.
I suffer much more when tired and/or hungry
