DIY gimbal

... I think that is what is called.
I need to make some attachment that fits onto a bike handle bar, 25 mm dia that holds a pair of DIY LED lamps whcih can be adjusted up/down and left/right. It needs to be light too.
ideas?

amything like that already available?

For those who don't know what I'm on about, it is the clamp thingy that holds this lamp to the handle bars. It probably has a ball joint so it can be adjusted.

A cheap and simple method is some innertube and two Jubilee clips.

A gimbal is a gyro-stabiliser thing that will keep whatever's mounted on it level, e.g. a compass on a ship as it pitches and rolls in a heavy sea, or the gun on a tank.

That might be a bit overkill for a handlebar lamp (and not that useful if it shone horizontally rather than where you were heading every time you went down/up a steep hill )

Jubilee clips method will work but is a bit permanent, not easy to remove the light.

2 of those look like they only can adjust in 1 dimension i.e. up/down. This one looks like it can to left/right.
