Distance Travelled On Exercise Bike Vs Bicycle

If you travel the equavlant of 24 miles in 8th gear on a 8 speed Exercise bike what distance would that be equal to when traveling on a bicycle on a level road . Taking into account that you have no wind resistance to contend with on a Exercise bike ?

maybe an inch or two if you rocked it hard enough

All guesswork.

The only meaningful way to compare is hours in the saddle and average HR.

You can't even compare heart-rates directly.
Because of the lack of a cooling wind on an exercise bike I always sweat heavily and have a higher heart-rate as a result.
