Disk Rotor

Hi all. I got a set of new wheels and need to remove the brake rotors from my old set to put on the new ones (old ones aren't that old only 3 months use).
What sort of tool do I use to remove the round plastic thingy that holds them on the hub?
Pics of old and new attached.

There are two versions, the ones with the inner splines can be removed with a Shimano Cassette Tool as @T4tomo says, but I think you have the outer splined version, which uses the same size spanner to remove/fit as a Hollowtech II bottom bracket.
