Disk brake rub

My tektro hydraulic disk brakes are rubbing well only the front one is ive alligned the brake ect but it is still rubbing, the issue os i cant remove my pad as the pin is stuck in the brake it just turns losely but wont come out not even with a pin and hammer or force applied on the opposite side while turning, any ideas?

If your competent ? Little concerned as u have used a hammer on mtb brakes...

but if your ok seperating the caliper halfs you will be able to get the pads out and the pin,you will need to do a fluid change and bleed.

or its a lbs job.hth

The rubber mallet was just to see if i could tap it through, i dont have and bleeding equipment nor the cash to get it done on the runup to christmas so might just have to deal with rub, the wheel turns about 6 times before stopping

I took mine into a lbs with a similar issue and he used his eye to identify the warped area and gently bent the disk with finger pressure. I was sceptical....but it worked!
