Disc brake wheel sets

This is totally foreign territory for me but l am toying with the idea of buying a frame set designed for disc brake wheels .....any advice welcome !

Need to check whether the frame is designed for quick release skewers or thru axles

Indeed but they don’t ship wheels to Europe where I think the OP is based (France)
