Disc brake question

Ok my avid juicy 3s are seized solid, and I need to change the piston. It will cost £25-30 to do, but it's a bit of a nightmare trying to get the old pistons out.

So I'm toying with the idea of just replacing like for like (complete brake set) from ebay if the price is right.

So the question. I currently run 180mm rear and 160 mm front rotors, do I need to buy brakes to fit these size rotors, or will the calipers fit any size rotors.

Thanks in advance.

The calipers on your bike will be fitted to the correct adaptors for the disc size. Assuming that the the brake(s) which you buy have the same mount (i.e. post or IS) as the one that you are replacing, it should be a straight swap.

Thanks for that.

Hopefully I will get the seized pistons free (one down three to go) and service the existing brakes.
